The client wanted to finish his 2nd floor lobby to provide tenants with an updated, cohesive, and functional design. Having previously contracted a designer, the client wanted to add elements to ensure a complete experience for the end user.
In the design proposal, we provided several options to tackle the space planning from adding several seating styles, to providing touchdown areas for work. The client provided us great feedback allowing us to blend several options into the revised schematic plans.
