A published retail, commercial, residential and hospitality architectural designer, Monique finds inspiration in the smallest details. She believes the best designs reflect the personality and lifestyle of the client.
A graduate of Parsons School of Design with a Masters of Science in Strategic Design and Management and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Architecture, Monique prides herself on combining her technical skills, creativity, and design strategy to help guide clients through the design & construction process. With over 10 years in the business and countless projects under her belt, Monique still finds the industry to be as fun as the day she first started.
Experienced in the retail, hospitality, commercial/ workplace, and high-end residential design industries, she is experienced in brand development & research, data collection, concept development & project initiation, space planning, materials research, FF&E specifications & procurement, value engineering, estimating & budget development, interior construction (new construction and renovations) & design management, architectural plan reviews, design proposals & bid packages, vendor/subcontractor coordination, change orders, installation, and final project closeouts/ punch lists.
