Client is looking to renovate half of their office space into a more comfortable, collaborative environment. With the objective of creating a space that is more enticing and welcoming as employees return to a hybrid work environment, the space will need to include the following areas: town hall, (15) workstations, lounge areas, administrative assistant workstation, large scale collaboration, and a bar lounge area.

 

In the conceptual and schematic design phase, we proposed color palette options, adjacency mapping, space planning, and preliminary budgetary ranges.
